Did you have your X-Ray taken by now? What did the doctor say was going on? Did he give you any advice?

It was too early scheduled on short notice at a bad time, so I have to reschedule.

Well you knew it was scheduled at 6:45am when you scheduled it.
Okay, so when did you reschedule it for? It's really, really important that you get this looked at, especially if you're having any problems with your feet (or ankles) and have them looked at.
Is it swollen and puffy? Is it red and painful? Has your doctor looked at it first? Usually they have to see you first in person, and they order the X-Ray. Patients can't just order X-Rays on their own.

            This injury is from 2013.
I need to get on my feet, more concerned about money? I usually just like to go out for the gym or for my Amazon locker. Though, I may do easy adult orchestra and violin lessons, in September for a very low price with aid.

Your ankle has been bothering you for almost a decade, and you haven't seen a doctor in all this time?
You have medical coverage though your disability that will cover this, I would think. It will also cover the cost of your doctor's visit. How did you injure your ankle in 2013? If it were just a sprain, or even if it were as severe as a hairline fracture, it would have healed already. There might be something more severe going on.
Playing violin in September doesn't affect your ankle.

It was dislocated and hurt a whole lot for a short time maybe the next day mostly.
I told a doctor a few years ago, and he said it was okay because I knew how to walk straight.

Because it slows me down, I gradually came to realize, like walking with the bus and if I work. I shouldn't have to on disability, but I might want more money. I might get it from the new Camp Lejeune law, which was signed recently by Biden and therefore official.

                      Let's just stick with
                      reality
                      now though, okay? You
                      do
have medical coverage, and so you
                      can
see a medical doctor for your ankle and
                      if they
                      deem it's appropriate,
                      they
can order an X-Ray of your ankle. They
                      may
also suggest that there's nothing structurally or mechanically wrong with your ankle and it
                      might
                      be related to your
                      diabetes
                      and
                      perhaps
your ankle pain is due to load bearing, and losing weight through healthier diet and proper exercise, it will help ease your ankle or any other joint pain.
Only by seeing your doctor can you find out what's really wrong with your ankle and what to do.
                      It's about
                      priorities
                      , Christina. This is a
                      legitimate
                      question to you:
How important is your health to you?

Yea, I'm home tomorrow and can schedule an X ray for sometime as soon as possible, but that may be the very next day, might do it after I set up my furniture.
They said I'd have to get surgery to put it back, and the other one is also a bit off. I don't think it's recommended, they said they preferred I just get a brace.

Did you actually see a doctor and have your ankles examined? What kind of "surgery" do they want you to have? Or, what kind of brace?
You may still need to make sure this has nothing to do with your diabetes, especially since, from what you've wrote, this now seems to involve both of your feet. This isn't sounding good, Christina. You could really be facing some severe health problems that are catching up to you.

                                        gave
you diabetes. It's your very poor and unhealthy eating that's

                                        your diabetes, and your

anything about it. It's not hard to understand. Your foot problems might even be the result of your diabetes.
You need to see a doctor
regardless, and only they can determine what's going on, if you need a brace, what the cause is, and if you need X-Rays.
You can expect one of those "I'm at Burger King" posts soon as an FU.
