      I also am told to take that.
      I didn't really take to Vitamin B and was on pills, simultaneously. I can't take too many vitamins, neither! I think Vitamin E made me able to eat more cholesterol and fat without dying. Asians seem to have something Europeans don't.

              Nutritional yeast is full of vitamins and minerals and it's not as expensive as some of the 'fad' supplements.
              I take a spoonful of Floravital every day. It's a great iron and vitamin tonic.
              Skim milk powder figures greatly in my diet. I add it to everything.

                  I just add it to hot water. If you use the savory nutritional yeast it makes a really tasty drink.

                    Impressive! Sure sounds like you're all "set to go!"
                    I basically have 3 kinds of powder drinks that are very nutritional like with vegetables. One is special for the morning. One I like to use as my unlimited.
                    I take some vitamins, these especially since I took ballet class: calcium, oil, glucosamine and chondroitin, and vitamin D. In fact, I'm signed up for a ballet class tomorrow evening at a gym! not much real ballet dancing probably.

                            No. I probably should tho.
                            I was taking folic acid and b12 x2 daily but I never rebooked my blood appointment to see if I needed a repeat prescription. I can never be arsed with going to doctors.
