How often do you cry?

It's an American thing, I believe
In Italy men openly show their emotions without judgment, yes? Certain cultures are more demonstrative and it's healthy

They kisss each other too, and no one can say Italian men aren't manly lol. I don't care about being manly though. I'm quite secure with whatever the hell I am. It's not gonna please and attract everyone but it's gonna filter out the people not for me.

I wish it was lower lol. I have too much I think. I don't like thebway it makes me behave.
The idea of men crying being unmanly is also a new dumb concept. Nothing more cowardly than a man afraid to show vulnerability. Gitta pretend to be tough so nobody makes fun of you. I don't give a ****.

It's literally a symptom of low testosterone though.
Biologically, there may be a reason women cry more than men: Testosterone may inhibit crying, while the hormone prolactin (seen in higher levels in women) may promote it.

Did you read the rest?
Biologically, there may be a reason women cry more than men: Testosterone may inhibit crying, while the hormone prolactin (seen in higher levels in women) may promote it. But a desire to cry is not all nature. A study of people in 35 countries found that the difference between how often men and women cry may be more pronounced in countries that allow greater freedom of expression and social resources, such as Chile, Sweden and the United States. Ghana, Nigeria and Nepal, on the other hand, reported only slightly higher tear rates for women…
And it's not saying people with higher testosterone don't cry at all. I really don't cry that much, especially since lately when I do, I'm trying to by watching sad or joyous stuff. But again, having more or less testosterone isn't a good or bad thing. I'd be fine with less. Maybe I'd be less of a dick.

Having low testosterone has essentially zero benefit, unless you want to grow tits.
Symptoms of low testosterone:
Low sex drive
Erectile dysfunction
Decreased sense of well-being
Depressed mood
Difficulties with concentration and memory
Fatigue
Moodiness and irritability
Loss of muscular strength
Other changes that occur with low testosterone include:
A decrease in hemoglobin and mild anemia
A decrease in body hair
Thinning of the bones (osteoporosis)
Increased body fat
Breast development (gynecomastia)
Infertility

My sex drive is just low for a dude. I masturbate a few times a week instead of everyday like most guys I know. Either wayz I love not having that pressure. My dick works fine. Not depressed, but was. Maybe it was low then. The concentration thing is from my ADHD. Well being and strength has been on the uprise lately. Been losing fat. Good bones. Like better than average actually. Hemoglobin is good, but I never had much body hair.

Are you on meds for your ADHD? My friend's son has that, and he won't get help for it
He abuses alcohol

Nope lol. A therapist told me to get diagnosed for it because it's obvious, bit I never did. I don't do well with meds. Tried Wellbutrin and had auditory hallucinations and freaky vivid nightmares, and not the fun kind.

I felt I didn't have a choice… my anxiety was through the roof and I had to do something for my own sake
Being anxiety filled isn't a good feeling and I couldn't stop my hands from shaking
Even after being medicated, it's not a free ride. A few years ago, when I was in isolation because I had to be home with my mother, I suffered a panic attack when I finally was able to go out and I was meeting someone for the first time
Even walking was difficult, I kept running into things

I deal with anxiety but meds make me feel more anxious.
The benefit is not worth the cost for me. I'm not against meds. A lot of people are helped by them, but even my psychiatrist said I know myself better than anyone.

Agreed
Went most of my life unmedicated because I thought I just had a "nervous stomach"
With me, the feel good hormone our brain secretes is getting reabsorbed too quickly to benefit from it, so I take a medication to get the benefit

Too much has the same effects as low testosterone.
Plus it gives you cancer:
Studies have also shown that a woman's risk of breast cancer is related to the estrogen and progesterone made by her ovaries (known as endogenous estrogen and progesterone). Being exposed for a long time and/or to high levels of these hormones has been linked to an increased risk of breast cancer.
