— 4 years ago(December 25, 2021 02:02 AM)I run on the treadmill, on there for 15-20 minutes and pound it out faster than anyone else for maybe 5-10 minutes pretty high, getting my heart rate up there. I also do the weight machines. I go on the elliptical for 1-2 minutes, used to go on longer in college, go right after treadmill. I need to work out at home again more, too, probably will tomorrow, as the gym is on holiday, for Christmas.

A few years ago I hurt my back really badly doing weights and really struggled to get back into exercise.
Something to aspire to if you're not at a good level of fitness is getting to a point where you can jog on a treadmill for an hour. Even if you have to go at a snail pace for a while, do it.
Also try interchanging walking and running in intervals, until you can run at a decent pace for a prolonged time.

I'm sorry about your back. My hip hurt from doing exercises to give you an hourglass figure from an Asian girl on YouTube. I fell a bit out of shape and got a little bigger.

— 4 years ago(December 24, 2021 04:07 AM)I'm in much better shape. I go on the treadmill and get my heart rate up to around 165 MPH. Elliptical usually 1 minute so far, though it was my main machine in college, in addition to jogging like 1/2 hour or more. I use the weight machines.
