— 4 years ago(December 03, 2021 01:13 PM)I'm waiting for my financial aid, maybe a $50 registration fee or something and $20 or less per month. I want to use the treadmill etc. There's a pool. I'm also taking line dancing, belly dancing, and hula dancing. There is even an advanced line dancing class. The best workout I ever did was line dancing, to this, so fast, a festival, maybe a faster version even:
The information for this performance is in French. Canada?
Of course, you have to hop and step around for the whole song.
Ballet for beginners is not an exercise. Jazzercise looks too difficult technically.
Otherwise, I'd be in, like, strength training and yoga. Eventually, I may do ballet and gymnastics again and try some circus things if possible.

Speaking of which, what’s 60 feet long, and smells like urine?
A line dance at an old folks home
That band Rednex, is an interesting group. It’s a Swedish group that adopted the Southern USA redneck genre. Imagine that
Well, good luck on that Christina. I suppose $20 a month isn’t so bad if you make good use of it. Of course the real problem with regards to your A1C is dietary related. You need to get that under control, then exercise, and the rest will fall into place. I saw your cherry cordials thread. The cubic density of sugar compressed into one of those sucker’s, exceeds that of Osmium (That’s the densest element on earth, for you kids that fell a sleep in science class).

I wonder if I could do adult ballet.
Sounds like it, according to the San Francisco Ballet Organization
Ballet is for Everyone.
At San Francisco Ballet School, we believe ballet is for everyone, including adults with little or no dance experience. Adult ballet classes at SF Ballet School offer a great workout, grounded in classical technique, led by Company and School faculty members who teach the same steps to SF Ballet dancers.

Registering is what you do best… But attending is what you do worst.
Sorry, but I tell it has, it is. You never follow thru anything. You talk more than you walk in life. That is the reason why at your age, you are in a group home and unemployed. -

— 4 years ago(December 05, 2021 06:20 AM)It's pretty homey, if you know what I mean. I might join church choir tomorrow and would practice during the advanced line dancing class. I can go twice a week, in the morning/afternoon, plus there's the Hawaiian hula and Polynesian belly dancing, good for a former gymnast/ballerina.
