A 300% increase in the past 20 days. From around 80,000 within China to now about to cross over a quarter of a million across the globe and the infection rate is still going up tangentially and so expect 2 million infected by April 1st.
Deaths are sitting at 4.1% of those infected just now (Globally) and that is likely to go up some more too.
Total population of the planet, say 8 billion people. With 100% infection of said populous we'll be looking at around 328 million people dead by the end of Summer.
And of course there is the very real possibility for various evolutions or mutations of the virus making it more deadly and resilient again.
A real paradigm shift in a more globalised world, a reflection on our dependance of financial institutes, supply lines and pertinent information being communicated effectively. A sense of mortality and helplessness, a modern war without borders to man against the enemy, not being able to goodbye to a loved one because everyone else you love would then be in danger of dying from your doing so.
But remember that time when that poster's sock was talking to another one of their socks and they thought anyone gave a ****?
You must remember, they deleted their posts afterwards and everything!
Oh right, big boy time now I guess?

Evidently it was the remember Donna's poll thread. It would appear that Juan Kerr doesn't like call out threads.
Juan Kerr has a very extensive ignore list and his patients are hair trigger. Or is it hare trigger? Who knows? Probably no one.
