Lunges (walking and stationary)
Squats
Situps/Crunches
Pushups (I can only do the lame girly ones on my knees)
Calf raises
Kickbacks
Tricep dips
Can't remember them all, but I put together a little calisthenics routine at home when my gym closed for Covid.
If you want more versatility, Walmart has some pretty cheap dumbbells, resistance bands, and other handy little gadgets.
