What’s your relief? Pain killers don’t work for me.
I find peppermint oil to be really helpful but temporary. Ideally, nothing beats a nap in the dark but that’s not always an option.

I actually haven’t. Until now, I totally forgot it is helpful for migraines.
And thank you, you’re too kind ❤️

Botox injections. I get mine in 2 weeks. They work on certain types of migraines.
                Fioricet/Butalbital
                Excedrin (Tylenol/Aspirin/Caffeine)
                Tylenol with strong black coffee
Pseudophed (this one I can't explain, but I only take this a few times a year)
Simultaneous: Warm compress at neck and ice compress on forehead (or other way around, but the point is to have opposites on either side,…or even get into a hot tub, sink low, put a hot towel under your neck and an ice pack on your forehead).

Without treatment, how often do you think you get them?
I don’t even know where to start on diagnosing my migraines. I only get them once a month, so I don’t know how far to go with treatment lol
I have to try the compress/ hot towel thing, haven’t heard of that one before

Without treatment, I get them quite often, more than 15/month.
If you only get them once a month, take two Excedrin tablets and lay down in the dark with quiet.

When I notice a migraine developing I start chugging water and that usually helps. I suppose it depends on what triggers them.
