Meh it's way too dangerous to ride bikes around here. Black folks gotta ride their bikes on the sidewalks and stuff. The bike trails are normally for other races and ethnicities. Unfortunately that's the reality they live in. It's better in other cities though so I'm unsupervised about your experience bike riding.

LOL! I’m going to try and find a cheap/used treadmill to use. I love going for walks but it’s been so hot outside in the last month that walks have become really unpleasant. And then I can watch movies while I walk ; )
I’ve been coaching since 2008 and that usually keeps me pretty fit because I’m out there moving with the kids. But some injuries kept me from coaching last year and this year I’m not coaching due to the pandemic. My body is really feeling that loss of exercise! -

That's one thing I like about plunking a TV in front of a treadmill, watch a movie. Before you know it, an hour or 90 minutes has gone by and voila !
It's been so hot here that I haven't ventured out. We're in the high 90's and even over 100. I don't know how they manage in California, or Florida where there's heat AND humidity on a regular basis. That's why I love our New England seasons. I miss our cold.

That sounds miserable. It's going to be that hot here tomorrow and then it's going to cool down
My dad used to walk on the treadmill for an hour when we had a tv in the basement. He would walk during The Price is Right
