Girl, that's a ridiculous way to lose weight. Go on a water or juice fast. I've done that many times not to lose weight, but to cleanse my system. You will both lose weight and clean your system. Believe me, you will feel marvelous.

Eating a high fiber diet does help prevent people from overeating, but I'm not sure eating toiler paper rolls is really the way to go…
