All day it tracks my walking, I input any exercise, and either scan the barcode on anything I eat or input it myself if it's homemade.
It then tells me how many more calories I can eat for the rest of the day if I wanna get to my goal weight

Not sure the poster on here that lost a child to an eating disorder will agree with no such thing as too skinny. A male bragging about being 9 stone is also quite strange to me.
