No one's eye color is black.
Eye colors from most rare to most common:
• Green, Amber and Violet/Red (these three are extremely rare)
• Black (no eyes are true black, just very dark brown)
• Blue
• Gray
• Hazel
• Brown

Asian people have brown eyes, so do most wheit people.

Green and blue eyes are rare. Brown (especially), hazel and gray are more common.

in English, but is actually
Black Eyes
in Russian. So, some Russians must have black eyes. Black eye has a different meaning in English so we just don't tend to use it for eye color.
