Should people be allowed to enhance their own appearance with the aid of medical intervention? I'm not talking people like burn victims here, I'm talking just being born less than beautiful.

Plastic surgery is good for some but others take it too far. Some people end up not looking like themselves and I wouldn't like that

Of course, if you're disfigured by an accident or fire, or whatever, it's a necessity.
However, for OK looking, everyday people - why? Humanity is so shallow.
