I was considering going to the gym, but one I don’t think I can afford that $40 a month membership fee, espeically considering… don’t they hurt you with hidden fees? Also, I don’t think I can do stationary exercises. I’ll be too bored and considering all my medical conditions, it probably will be too hard for me. In other words, I have been biking. HOWEVER, that hurts my crotch! I don’t know how to not make it hurt my crotch. And I’m not joking aroun when I say this. It really does hurt.
I also want to take swim classes. I think it would be really good for my medical conditions. And I do want to learn how to swim. Of course, because I don’t have a car… I always walk and take public transportation, so that is exercise within itself. And I have doggies that need walking. -

Well, I have a boy’s bike. At the time, I thought it was a good idea because they’re cheaper and they’re smaller. I’m really short and small. I can’t do an adult bike because they run you like over $100 and they’re so big. My bike was like $40 at Target.
MAYBE, I can revamp the bike and like put a cushion on the seat. I don’t know. But, every time I ride it… I’m walking funny. And it’s not a joke. -

I get really bored with gym workouts too. Im going with a partner hopefully.
I get my membership free so that helps lol.
Are you gonna go get a girls seat for your bike. I know what you mean about the boys bike seat hurting. I cant ride with a mens bike seat. -

I feel bad for boys. Their penises!
My plan was just to put something on the seat, like a cushion or something. Maybe there is a way I can lower the seat and that might help too. But, if I can remove the seat completely and replace it with a new one… I’ll do that. I also want add a little basket in the back or front of the bike, so that I can put stuff, like my medical supplies if I need them. It will be easier than carriying it on my back. My mom said she will think of a way to get a basket on, so we will see if she can do that.
For the time being, it’s not the bike I really can work with. I’m really just riding it around my neighborhood for the exercise. But, I’m hoping to make it a bike that I can use for my transportation means.
How did you get the membership to be free? -

It is actually pretty easy. Unless you get competitive, then it becomes a grind.
This is pretty good guide for begginers, imo.
