They almost have grey skin like alien greys. Zeta reticulan, short stature, soft jawlines and features, almond shaped eyes as discribed by abductees.

It might be the Mongolian infusion, in northern China and Korea at least.
And let me just a add a disclaimer. I'm not agreeing with you on the alien grey analogy. But northern Chinese were conquered by the Mongols. And Japanese originally migrated from the Korean peninsula.
