Yes, there are a lot of strawberry growers in my area, but it's Winter now. It's possible to go and pick your own strawberries when they're ripe.

I've picked my own before and they were the sweetest strawberries I've ever tasted. I must have gone at the perfect time. There's a farm up the road that sells other fruit too.
