Okay, I think I see where the source of confusion lies. It’s a difference in terms based on location. Apparently in the UK, they refer to Raptors as “Buzzards”. Here in the US, this term only applies to birds of prey that eat carrion. The “Buzzard” attack took place in the UK.
That’s why I was confused by Fernando’s story of a “Buzzard” attack. Vultures (Our Buzzards) have weak jaws, and cannot kill their own prey. They also don’t have talons.
TL;DR Vultures (US Buzzards) can’t **** you up
