Have you ever had a run in with a junk yard dog?

Just with one qualified to be a junkyard dog. She crossed the street to protect her turf and tore up my jeans. She had been attacking several other neighbors and had to be put down. The family couldn't afford $300 to bail her out and I don't believe they wanted to.

β¦ they were. They had no fence and kept the dog on a long chain that she figured out how to escape from.

As a matter of fact I have. There's an industrial area of LA County called Wilmington. Yeah, and there are junkyards. I was driving through the desolate streets at night, I don't remember why, in my Mustang convertible with the top down. Some vicious wild dog started chasing me, almost nipping my elbow as I sped off.

Maybe I'm just a spoiled American, but I would think in Romania they use everything and don't waste much scrap. I mean gypsy caravans would steal it all anyway.
