Are seagulls easy to make friends with?

im being serious, closest i have been to the feathered kind is the wag tails. They werent scared of me walking by when they were feeding.

Most places I've lived, there were always seagulls around. Most people referred to them as rats with wings, but I think they're pretty and I like the way they sound.

Seagulls love meat, so if you have any meat scraps to give them, they'll keep coming back. I had a seagull that would eat cat food out of my hand.

This is true. I've fed them on several occasions, and barely lived to tell the tale.
They're rats with wings, but they are fascinating to observe.
