He's missing on leg.
There's a guy in my neighborhood who walks four three-legged dogs down the street every day. It's more common than we think. Usually people will put amputee dogs to sleep. I think it's great that there are some pet owners who give these poor little fellas a second chance at life.

Oh, sorry, I didn't watch the video. I thought the dog had three legs. He just has a big goiter or tumor on his leg.
The four dogs in my neighborhood don't have prosthetic legs. They hobble on three.
