Hey, I've got a 5D Mark III and Canon 35mm 1.4L lens, and I'm putting together a rig for shooting a documentary. I'm interested in hearing about your rigs, including brand specifics.
    Lens
    Audio
    Viewfinder
    Stabilizer
    Base
    etc etc.
    GO.

All my gear is middle of the road. I have been using a 5D2 for years and picked up a C100 when the price dropped. I don't want to go cheap but I'm not getting paid enough to get all top of the line gear!
For lenses, I mostly use either the 5D's kit lens (the Canon 24-105 f/4L) or a Canon 50mm f/1.4 if I'm shooting in extreme low light. I've had my eye on Sigma's 1.8 zoom lens but haven't pulled the trigger on that yet.
Audio- I record with an Azden SGM-1X shotgun mic and Sennheiser wireless lav kit into a Zoom H4N.
Viewfinder - Currently I'm just using the LCD screens on my cameras. However I have been looking closely at the Atomos Ninja 2 as an external monitor.
Support - I have a cheap no-name shoulder mount and a cheap VidPro tripod; just yesterday I ordered a Libec ALLEX slider/tripod kit.
I would love to upgrade to a better stabilizer. The shoulder mount I have is lightweight and works just fine but it doesn't have all the ability to customize like a Redrock Micro or Zacuto kit. I just can't rationalize spending that much money on something that works just fine for less than $100.
