How can there be no other living species on any other planet in the infinite universe?
Even if they are homebodies there just has to be some being alive somewhere else far away.

Out of the billions of likely planets in our galaxy plus the 2 trillion galaxies in our corner of the observable universe and whatever is outside of our bubble it seems statistically unlikely we'd be the only ones.

The planets show the vastness of the universe but I don't believe there is life on other planets

We will likely have to figure out how to transfer consciousness into more permanent bodies before we can even consider interstellar travel.
Even travelling to planets within the solar system is practically impossible due to the effects of gravity and radiation.
But we have millions of years to figure this **** out so assuming we don't extinct ourselves it could be possible in the very far future.

Wow, if this is correct, humans are never going to another solar system (barring some means that involves aliens)
How far away is the nearest star?

That aside, nobody here is getting a recommendation for the University of Gießen.
There was something like Einstein's theory of relativity, wasn't it?
And this part was proven:

The universe is infinite in size. The average population of all the planets in the universe can be said to be zero, and therefore the population of the whole universe is also zero. If life is going to exist in a universe of this size, then the one thing it cannot afford to have is a sense of proportion
