Yes. Inner, outer, I talk to myself all the time. I often prepare for a meeting with people, however casual that meeting is, several responses to any potential discussion. Playing out the entire hypothetical discussion, both parts, in my head or sometimes vocally. I’m sure I sound quite insane.

Inner monologue is a common occurrence among many people. If you catch yourself talking to yourself or can hear your voice in your mind as you read, you have it too. Critical inner dialogue is not a bad thing, as it can help you achieve peak performance.
