                  1. Dogs have only recently been able to watch TV.
                    Since they need about 70 images per second, which older TVs couldn’t deliver.
                    Hmm… I don't know about this one. When I was a kid we had German Shepherds, and they would clearly respond if there was a dog on the TV screen (on older TVs, that is). Seems like they could definitely make out a dog there on the screen.

                    I've always thought that videos and shows showing dogs or cats watching tv were faked. I thought they couldn't see 2D images. All they see were dots like on an old computer screen.
