I rarely have my phone on me. I'll leave it at home when I go out. I either forget it or just don't fancy having it on me. No need. I'll notice the clock on the microwave and the air fryer/toaster oven, but that's only when I'm cooking and need the timers.
There's a clock on the TV that I'll glance at (as I run it in the background, in part for the dog). I wear watches; in fact, I prefer them, and I'll use that when I need to keep track of the time.
