Of the 150 NBA teams that have fallen into a 0–3 deficit (As of May 22, 2023),[11] only three of them (2%) have forced a game 7, with all three teams losing in game 7. All three teams were the visiting team in game 7. To date, there has never been a successful comeback from a 0–3 series deficit in the NBA.
