Yes, the perception that Americans seem to have of the Frenchmen is that they are snobbish, condescending, smelly, hairy, effeminate cowards who sound like babies with a mouthful of marbles when they speak. Now don't shoot the messenger here. I don't think they are all that smelly.

Funny how France's entire military history was rewritten because of World War II. Historically speaking, France typically ****ed **** up when they get involved in wars. But because they got rolled over by the Germans in the 30s, now they're considered cowardly.
