Not that I've heard. I'm surprised that he hasn't been grabbed by someone yet. The Gallardo trade has apparently freed up a bit more money to help him to return to the Birds, but I haven't heard of any progress.
I wouldn't mind seeing him back at the Yard. -

Possibly, but have they replaced those runs with OBP yet? It's still early to tell, as Duquette likes those February deals. Losing Weiters, Trumbo AND Alvarez seems like too much. I guess it depends on Trey Mancini and Chris Davis.
There's still so many variables, it's hard to believe that pitchers and catchers report in a matter of weeks.

It's too hard to predict how well they will do, but I think they will be enjoyable to watch and follow. They never did address the pitching rotation and I'm not sure an answer is available at this point. I know Jason Hammel is still out there, but is there any other decent starters still on the market? I dunno.
The bats should be pretty active again!

He's 36 and is demanding a pretty big contract coming off a down year where he was hurt. If I'm an O's fan, I don't want to be saddled with that, especially with Machado's arbitration years coming up and only 2 more years to FA.
