Most Irish lads I know love Rugby
Well when you're one of the eight countries in the world who actually take it seriously there's a good chance of glory, so I can see why they're drawn to it. Well, glory that is unless it's a "world" cup, where they're never won a match in the knock-out stage.
If you're big and you can run fast you can play. Not a whole load of talent involved. Kinda feel like the could swap the ball out for a lampshade or an ashtray and it wouldn't make a huge amount of difference.
Also, it's the same shìt every year. Same teams, same results.
Ireland will beat Scotland and Italy, lose to France and beat one of Wales and England. Depending on who's at home.
Was it 2 years ago there was a 4-way tie and it was decided on who had lumped the hopeless Italians out of it the most? You may as well draw lots.
And the fans will spend more time talking about how much better it is than "soccer" than actually watching it. And droning on and on with the most sanctimonious shìte. Which is all so bizarre, like they've an inferiority complex about a
sport
, that they're watching, not even participating in.
Irish egg fans are the most sanctimonious and obnoxious cúnts you could meet. They're either privileged popped-collar douchebags or they're the kind of sad shìts crippled with self-worth issues that put on a privileged popped-collar douchebag facade.
And you can't have a quiet pint anywhere while this shìte is on.
I remember a barman refusing to turn off the "analysis" of a game for a live football match because people were watching it - the fúcking sound wasn't even on!
Fúcking daft elitism.

Wales third over France, 4th.
What's that word Irish people use for posh Dubliners who are members of a Rugby Union club?

Ireland to beat England but England still win overall.
Has Italy being in the six nations helped them at all? They didn't prove much better opposition than a provincial side would have against the All Blacks last year. -
