Burnley will feel a little hard done by I think. I'm not convinced it was a penalty, as Koscielny lowered his head a lot while the Burnley defender's boot wasn't that high. More importantly, Koscielny was offside at the time the cross came in, so the legitimacy of the foul is irrelevant and the play should have been called off. Haven't seen the majority of the rest of the match though, so I can't comment on whether or not Burnley were deserving of a point in the first place.
