Bayless, because of the stupidity. I can understand him wanting to become the contrarian, the guy who says outrageous stuff to get attention and a following, but he so incredibly stupid about it. He wants to be provocative, but ends up being dumb.

new England bigots aka patriots fans
Seattle Seahawks with the possible exception of Russell Wilson. They get away with almost as much cheating as the Patriots but chest thump 10 times as much. That would be bad enough but they cry, moan and complain when teams play aggressively with them. Toss in their cheap shots and thuggery when losing and you have a pack of a holes. -

BILLY MARTIN
Some quotes follow:
"Lots of people look up to Billy Martin. That's because he just knocked them down."
-Jim Bouton
"Some people have a chip on their shoulder. Billy has a whole lumberyard."
-Jim Murray
"Billy, one of 3 things is going to happen to you. You're either going to kill somebody, somebody is going to kill you, or you're going to kill yourself."
-Bob Short/ex-Rangers owner
"You have to remember, most of Billy's boyhood friends are in San Quentin."

Reese Waters
Jay Cutler
Ephriam Salaam
Ryen Russillo
Clinton Portis
Jemele Hill
Kevin Blackistone
Molly Qerim
Jay Mariotti (when he was on ESPN regularly)
Richard Sherman
Rajon Rondo
Michelle Beadle
Brandon Marshall
Mike Greenburg & Mike Golic (Golic was more tolerable years ago)
Aaron Rogers
Jalen Rose
Reese Waters is the worst sports host on television. He never says anything of relevance, and he lacks charisma. I gave up on trying to watch his segments.
I don't think Richard Sherman nor Brandon Marshall are that bad. Sometimes I disagree with their opinions. Even when Sherman makes a good argument, people act like he's the only person saying something special when tons of others have said the same thing and sometimes said it better (Thursday Night Football, racial crimes), but it's glorified just because it came from him.
My biggest issue with Cutler was him claiming he was forced out of Denver, when he should have just stood by his desire to be traded after learning he was being shopped around.
Ephriam Salaam, I can't tolerate as an analyst, especially when the topic is about race.
Clinton Portis because of how he downplayed and defended dog fighting.
I haven't been into Michelle Beadle in a long time, mainly because of her selectivity when criticizing people about domestic violence.
I liked Jemele Hill during her earlier years on ESPN. As attractive as she is, she's become less tolerable since then. Sometimes she's still entertaining. His & Hers was usually a better show without her.

But why?
It has little to nothing to do with the season Rogers is having this year. I've defended him on some things like the lack of a running game. My reasons date back to previous seasons and are pretty much the reasons Colin Cowherd usually says about him, but aside from Cowherd he doesn't get the same criticism as others. Also, as good as he's been, he inherited a team on the verge on the Superbowl and I feel sometimes it's overstated where he belongs on the all-time list.
