The Packers have seven players left from the last playoff meeting and the Giants have four. It's barely relevant.

Can't ignore history, says Dexx. I'm beginning to think he's named after Showtime's Dexter Morgan rather than the Dexter of Dexter's Laboratory fame.
That joke is funny because the former slowly became a braindead moron over eight seasons while the latter somehow ran a gigantic lab in his parents' relatively small house, even if he couldn't keep his airhead sister Dee-Dee out.

That's not funny at all, what a long winded reach. And what does sdm stand for?

How awesome was season 4 of Dexter, though? And how awesome is John Lithgow at acting? I like to pretend that was the final season and episode 12 the finale. It just started going downhill with Julia Stiles. I kinda liked season 7 because Ray Stevenson was so bad ass in that. But it just got so bad after season 4. And don't get me started on the finale.
I used to do drugs. I still do, but I used to, too

I do the same thing; season 4 was awesome. I even like the Jimmy Smits season. But I watched seasons 5-8 and can never unwatch them. By the end, it was the very definition of hate-watching.

                Don't forget 2007 and 2012
Don't forget 2010. Or Vince Lombardi. Or Curly Lambeau and Don Hutson.

This one, to me, is the toughest one to call, but I'll go with Green Bay.

Let's just pretend this thread never happened, okay? I am more than satisfied with the giants this season, especially watching the defense I don't care what happens from here on out, they did a great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With the lousy 500 playoff record they have and with McMoron as their coach and the way they blow playoff after playoff year after year, I expect my Packers to find a way to lose it yet again.
Let me know if I'm on your ignore list.
                        Thanx!

Packers win. They're playing on another level right now. 23-17

I don't see the Giants winning, the packers are red hot, they have the best QB in the NFL. I wish they could play the lions instead

Giants at Packers, the Packers opened -7.5 and have already dropped to a more manageable -4.5. This could be the only competitive game in an otherwise boring Wild Card weekend that will probably feature easy wins by the Texans, the Seahawks, and the Steelers. Sure, the Packers are peaking at the right time and they are better than the Giants (huge numbers the last four games and Rodgers has been phenomenal) but it's interesting to notice that the Giants' road to Super Bowl victories in 2007 and 2011 both included road playoff wins at the Packers. Say what you want of Eli Manning but the last time he lost a road playoff game was ten years ago. They went 5-0 on the road in the playoffs ever since. I'm going out on a limb and picking the underdogs Giants to win this one. After all, without an upset, it's no fun.
