Merry Christmas to all of you fellow sports boarders. It's been a crazy, at times sad, at times tragic, at times fun-filled, but never boring year that we just went through. I hope you all have safe holidays and a GREAT 2017!
You know, waxing about the holidays gets me thinking about the world, and all of the changes that I've seen in my 46 years. When I was a kid, we had three television channels to choose from, now I've got about 700! When I was a kid, all you did on a phone that was plugged into a wall was dial a number and talk to someone, now a phone is an incredible device that is a portal to a whole new world!
Man, I've gone through so many Presidents, from Nixon and Carter to Obama and Trump. I've seen wars start and end, buildings go up and go down, great bands form and then break up, movie technology go from "A New Hope" to "Rouge One"
So many changes, so many ups and downs, an incredible roller coaster of a world that we live in. It can be dizzying for sure, but luckily ONE thing has ALWAYS stayed the same.one solid rock standing alone in a swirling sea of change..
The Boston Celtics will ALWAYS AND FOREVER be better than the New York Knicks. It was that way when JFK was in the White House, and it has stayed true even into 2017..over 50 years of dominance. Yes, the Knicks will get their fans excited at times, but the Celtics will always be there to send them back to reality.
And the simple reality of it is that the Celtics will forever be better than the Knicks, regardless of any other changes that take place in this crazy world we live in.always. -

That is true, I just didn't want to go too Marco in my OP. Yes, I'm happy about the Celtics win, but I'm also angeling for a possible Sandusky award.
Beating the Knicks is always fun, but it's a team who's "leader" is Carmelo Anthony, so it's really not that big of an achievement. -

I've never won one, so I couldn't tell ya how it's done.
Perhaps it helps if you try to think like Marco, which he would tell you would be like thinking like a 33 year old Italian stud with a large IQ and even larger penis, but in reality is thinking like a 71 year old man with a shrivelled dick who lives in a retirement community.
