They should just get medical waivers like the Americans. They're making it more complicated than it needs to be.

            This is classic KGB stuff:
After Wada began to publish its findings, two former senior Russian anti-doping officials died unexpectedly, another fled to the United States, while a whistleblower Russian athlete in hiding had her 'location data' hacked.
They're murdering dudes and hunting down whistleblowers, and meanwhile they issued a statement saying that the allegations are just anti-Russian conspiracy theories. Oh, and of course their athletes never doped and Russia has a "zero tolerance" policy toward doping.
For our millennial and histrionic friends who populate this board, the above is an example of a real totalitarian regime, and Vladimir Putin is an actual tyrant. The distinction may not be important to you as you whine about this election, but I can assure you the Russians running for their lives appreciate the difference.

That's the conclusion of an agency run by a political appointee. Of course Obama's CIA is going to accuse the Russians of getting involved.
Either way, those were HRC's top aides in their own words. No one had to add or embellish anything in those emails, they were bad enough to remind people of all the baggage that comes with the Clintons.
