It's hard to tell because I think most people in the hotels were from New Orleans.
Some came to New Orleans, a whole dance group. They are like other people from the country and Up North in that they copy places like New Orleans and overdo it compared to them or are just more brought out but run out of steam in that way in the end. Often, other places can be pessimistic, like Cleveland and Hungry.
