wow i hope u have a great and exciting and fantastic time in Morocco!! have u been in the desert already? what are u doing against the heat and all that? is it bearable? gosh its already too hot for me here in Germany, i cant even imagine to be there right now
altho its probably a ****ing adventure for u and u dont give a ****

Morocco is lovely. Everyone here has been super kind, generous, and patient with me and my terrible French.
Sadly, my colleague gave me COVID (thanks to Delta lol) so I’ve been self-isolating for the past few days:

One of the taxi drivers I met actually brought me home made food while I was isolating. Literally spoke to the guy for all of 10 minutes and he helped us out soooo much.
The weather in Casa is lovely though. It’s right by the ocean so feels breezy and cool during the days, never beyond 27 degrees.
Can’t wait to actually go out and venture tho

I was totally masked up until I arrived to our apartment. Thankfully, my flight had a connection in Canada, which still seems to require masks in aircrafts.
Her flight had a connection in Paris, and apparently the French don’t gaf and have been allowing people to remain unmasked. She thinks she caught it in Charles de Gaulle, and now I got it just by virtue of sharing a living space with her.
