when youre in space, does your body age at the same rate?

It depends on how fast you're going relative to the earth. It's even been measured on orbiting clocks. Your body actually does age at the same rate, but not relative to someone living on earth.

I should read one first. I have watched a lot of space documentaries though. Most recently I've watched all five seasons of Emily Calandrelli's
Xploration Outer Space
which ended in 2018.

NASA sent an identical twin astronaut to space for a year while his twin stayed on Earth, then they compared the results.
