Texas? Most of those New Yorkers are actually moving to Florida. I wouldn't live there, at least not in the southern part. Too flat, too many sinkholes, too many bugs. I've never been very far south of the northern line.

People have been ****ing in the streets in Nyc for the last 20 years. A woman gave birth in the street and pulled her dress back down and walked away.
Everyone is riding their mopeds or Motor bikes on the sidewalks.
There is complete lawlessness.
