Video games and all artforms qualify as free speech so they are protected by the First Amendment and it would be unconstitutional to ban them. There are already hundreds of millions of copies of these games out there anyway, so any ban would be unfeasible.

Well there should be. Because the more popular those games got, the more mass shootings. We have a culture that obsessed with guns and violence.
Look at the most popular games on Twitch. It's all first person shooter games.
And the mass shooters act like they are in a first person shooter game.
No motive. Just random killing.
