Saw it myself yesterday and overall I liked ita lot. Couple things that bothered me though.

Saw it myself yesterday and overall I liked ita lot. Couple things that bothered me though.
Why was
Leia
at the
Battle of Scarif
? Didn't
Bail Organa
say he was sending her to find
Ben Kenobi
? There was no reason for her to be thereshe should have been on another ship going the opposite way.
Plus why did
Krennic
have to go to
Vader
? Was their long-distance hologram service out? Seriously, it was a contrivance to have
Vader
onscreen to deliver a bad one-liner. A little fan service I guess.
Small things to complain about I suppose, and certainly not enough to kill the movie for me. Great movie overall.
You can't just have your characters announce how they feel! That makes me feel angry! -

Yeah there are issues, but none take me out of it or make the movie worse imo. So yay!
Regarding the hologram conference call though, I dunno, I figured there was something about him showing up that increased the urgency of it all, and maybe he wanted it to be hush hush.

Hell, yes, it is damn good! The only thing I was displeased with was Darth Vader's appearance. The suit of armor looked too much like a costume, and the actor wearing it didn't seem comfortable wearing it, nowhere close to being like David Prowse or the
Jedi
kendu stand-in or other stunt performers. His maneuvers when he went all ham on Antilles' men were fine, though.
