Anyway, tried it out at a friend's house. I liked it actually. Great vibe, really well written story, excellent voice work, fun and visceral gun play. I might get it down the road, after a f/ck ton of patches and updates.

Such a weak port. That's why they locked it to 30 fps, to hide that sh-t.
The graphics options barely make a difference in fps and quality. My gtx 970 is usually around 35 fps when driving around. At least it doesn't dip under 30 fps nor is the framerate inconsistent, so it ain't as bad as something like Batman Arkham Knight on release

Same, except not 4k as I only have 1440p monitors. But post patch at 60FPS it ran like ass.

It's a little surprising when you consider 2K is typically decent with optimization, and Mafia II was very forgiving to all types of hardware at the time of its release (with the PhysX option turned off).
