Three young women break into a mansion and one of them plays pinball. They thought they were alone. But the major-domo/butler surprised them. After a while, one of the girls kills the butler. To make it look like it wasn't her fault, she takes the dead butler's hand and inserts it into her vagina to make it look like he was trying to rape her. Later, one of the girls kills another girl. And another girl kills another ending the movie in just one girl surviving. I saw the movie on DirecTV sometime between 2015 and 2017. I didn't see the whole movie. I just remember or saw these parts. Thanks.

But the ending is a bit different to your description.. however there's a pinball machine briefly seen and a shooting arcade machine and the hand/vagina scene is there too, so pretty much has to be the one..
