But I haven't seen a good one in a long ****in time. Did they get worse or did my taste just nove away from them?
One of my favorites is Riding in Cars with Boys. Though, that might be an ascended chick flick. Kind of better. Sleepless and Seattle and When Harry Met Sally are classics and definitely count.

I googled 2020's chick flicks, and didn't even hear of most of them.
I'm looking forward to watching Barbie, but not sure if that counts.
Love Gerwig as a director.
Those are good ones. I love the ones about friendship the most… more than the purely romantic ones. Like Mystic Pizza was a good one.

"WHERE THE CRAWDADS SING" is really good and is difficult to categorize. I think you'd put it in your top ten. Be sure to watch
all
the credits. AFAIK, it's still on Netflix.

Mystic Pizza was good too, there was also Beaches but not sure if I'd watch that again. Frankie and Johnny is another favourite but I think When Harry met Sally has everything especially Carrie Fisher. For some reason I suspect Meg Ryan is a bit of a twat irl, not sure why I think that though.

Beaches was okay, but not as into that one.
I haven't heard that, but heard a lot of bad things about Julia Roberts and I like a lot of her movies.
