On IMDB, it was apparently known as
The Legend Of Big John
upon a reissue. It doesn't mention this title, which is ludicrous. Both are. It does look like an authentic US movie poster.

It's terrible and misrepresentative.
The film wasn't a big hit. It was released in 70mm in some locations apparently.
