Is it appropriate? I lose some respect for directors that troll other posters on message forums like these. They know that some posters are largely ignorant about the inner workings of making movies. Them trolling viciously really is a reflection of the type of person they really are.
If I found out who the director or crew member is, I would stop watching their movies.
