Gave it a recent try then gave up.
Just too long and boring to proceed.
Shame because it started out interesting then just took too long to not get anywhere.

Creepy, haunting, atmospheric and ambiguous. I loved it. While it isn't based on an actual incident, missing people cases are all too real and I'm sure something like it has happened in the past. In any case, it's a great slow-burn horror/mystery film. Nice to see John Jarratt (star of the Wolf Creek films) in an early role; he's barely recognizable.
