            Creepy, haunting, atmospheric and ambiguous. I loved it. While it isn't based on an actual incident, missing people cases are all too real and I'm sure something like it has happened in the past. In any case, it's a great slow-burn horror/mystery film. Nice to see John Jarratt (star of the Wolf Creek films) in an early role; he's barely recognizable.

              So glad you liked it. It was my first Peter Weir film, and I immediately decided he was a genius. The music was unbelievable!
