Why would you name your kid "Abcde"?

…and then act all surprised when other people don't know how to pronounce it or find it silly? Why would parents saddle this poor child with such a ridiculous name? While she can change it when she's an adult, this poor girl will forever be faced with pointing fingers, laughter, confusion, comments, questions and all the rest that goes with it. Trying to be cute or clever and not thinking of your kid as they're growing up and having to interact with other people in school or at work.

That’s why one mom got upset and decided to speak out after claiming an airline employee mocked her young daughter’s name, before allegedly taking things even further by sharing it on social media.

Traci Redford, from Texas, was traveling through California’s John Wayne Airport with her five-year-old daughter in 2018. They were boarding early due to the child’s epilepsy, hoping to avoid the crowds.But according to Redford, the situation quickly took an uncomfortable turn.
Her daughter’s name is Abcde, pronounced “ab-city,” and Redford says a Southwest Airlines gate agent began reacting to it in a way she found inappropriate.
“The gate agent started laughing, pointing at me and my daughter, talking to other employees,” she told ABC7. “So I turned around and said, ‘Hey if I can hear you, my daughter can hear you, so I’d appreciate if you’d just stop’.”
That employee was out of line posting personal info to social media, but in this world that we live in, one would think the parents would realize things like this are bound to happen when thrusting such a name on your child. This is just the beginning.

It's a form of child abuse, IMO, and shouldn't be allowed.
I know black women would complain due to the fact they pull names out of their asses, but there needs to be a limit to what you can name a child.
