Trump employed other tools to keep Iran on edge. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent told Congress last month that the U.S. had purposely touched off an economic crisis in Iran that led to the massive street protests early this year that jarred the regime. By creating a dollar shortage in Iran, the U.S. forced Iran to print money, sparking inflation and stoking internal enmity toward the leadership, Bessent said.

Trump already said that he had, "obliterated," their nuke program back in June.
So you think it's fine to make the civilians suffer and be murdered either directly by us or with our manipulations.
Iran, just like everywhere else, should have the right to self defense.
Those who think they would launch a nuke are full of islamphobic hate with no basis in reality. -

The fire bombing of Tokyo killed about as many people as the nuke in Nagasaki. With the way the Japanese fought there probably would have been hundreds of thousands more dead before forcing a surrender the traditional way. And that's barely a rounding error compared to the 20 million the Soviets lost fighting Nazis or the 20 million Chinese killed by Japanese occupation.
Nukes opened up a whole other can of worms once we were the first to drop them but huge amounts of people were going to die either way. The Nazis were also trying unsuccessfully. The good news is they were dumb enough to get rid of all their best Jewish scientists first so they couldn't get it done. -
