I agree. Look at how Evie reacted when he kicked them out. The first thing she yelled what something like get off of me you pervert. What does that tell you right there? ACTUAL 13-year-old girls would be very easy to resist, but given that these are a couple of unusually attractive Hollywood actresses who were both close to 16, it would be harder. It would also be more difficult for a younger (more horny) guy. I once failed to resist a drunk 17-year-old girl when I was 23, but I could do it pretty easily today (and I doubt it would ever happen anyway).
I always wondered though about this scene, could they really charge a guy with statutory rape if HE was the one being raped? Suppose a couple of teenage girls who looked like Evan Rachel Wood and Nikki Reed (i.e. obviously not 13, but still underage)both started performing oral sex on a guy and he just didn't stop them.
