Foot feels so much better. The inserts came in in Wednesday, and together with the compression socks, icing and elevation, the foot feels so much better. Only wear the socks if I’m out and about. Glad it’s not a prolonged thing.
I go back in a couple of weeks for doctor to evaluate. I feel bad for people who have this as a chronic condition.

I basically put on my sneakers when I get up. My slippers feel deserted. Isn’t it amazing how the tight support can help so much?

It seems I always needed arch support. I was never able to wear anything flat. It’s nice they make flip flops with arch supports so feet don’t die in the beach. Do you wear sneakers most of the time?

Yeah, keep putting money in the doctor's pocket. Easy money for him.
Let me give you a preview of what he/she is gonna tell you: "It looks fine. That'll be $2,000."
